Community Partners
While we provide many services in-house, our goal is to partner with local organizations to leverage their experience and resources to help local residents. Of the thousands of residents in the manufactured home communities we serve, approximately 80% are extremely-low, very-low or lower income households, so we provide a critical mass of potential clients for these community-based organizations. The manufactured home communities typically have a clubhouse with kitchen facilities, meeting rooms and many resident volunteers that can assist with logistics.
