San Juan Mobile Estates Art Program

San Juan Mobile Estates recently enjoyed two engaging art programs to kick off the spring season with SPARC. In partnership with SoCal Paint Parties and Kid Create Studio, children navigated hands-on activities including canvas painting and clay art.

Residents also gathered for a Paint Night, where a local artist guided participants in creating a beach-themed painting. Both events offered a fun and welcoming opportunity for residents to connect, get creative, and celebrate the season together.

Leisure Donuts & Discovery

Leisure families enjoyed a Donuts & Discovery event in partnership with the Roseland Library, bringing together hands-on learning and creative play for local children and families.

During the event, children built mini catapults provided by SPARC, while the Roseland Library offered KEVA planks and magnetic tiles for open-ended building activities. Participants enthusiastically worked together to construct impressive KEVA plank towers taller than themselves and designed imaginative “mansions” using the magnetic tiles.

The program provided a fun and engaging environment that encouraged creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration while strengthening connections within the community.

Las Casitas de Sonoma Reptile Variety Show

Las Casitas de Sonoma residents recently enjoyed an interactive reptile presentation with the Lizard Lady and several of her reptile companions. During the engaging program, attendees were introduced to a variety of species, including boas, Burmese pythons, rat snakes, and red-footed tortoises. All animals featured in the presentation were non-venomous.

Guests learned interesting facts about reptile behavior and ecosystems and had the opportunity to safely interact with some of the animals. The program provided a fun, hands-on learning experience that encouraged curiosity about wildlife while fostering community connection among residents.
