On May 8th, 2024 we held a Resource Fair at Palomar East. 16 organizations attended to provide information and resources to the residents of our 3 San Marcos communities. Some organizations included; AARP, California Connect, San Diego Sherrif and HICAP. Everyone enjoyed lunch together while listening to a live saxophonist. Rock painting was also available to all who came along with a Raffle! 

On May 18th, 2024 we partnered with the Red Cross and Clovis Fire Department to bring the Sound the Alarm program to the Woods. Sound the Alarm brings Red Cross volunteers to your home to test and install smoke alarms, create escape plans, and share fire safety information. 44 volunteers serviced 91 homes and installed 205 smoke alarms at no cost to residents. 

The Children's Museum of Sonoma County partnered with us to bring Rocket building and Art Exploration to our Sonoma communities. Rancho Feliz residents learned how to build and launch rockets built completely from recycled materials. Las Casitas de Sonoma residents took part in imaginative investigation; working with watercolor, leather making, and a hot glue gun station.
